Testimonials
St. Norbert Catholic School has been such a blessing to our family. The staff is personable, attentive, caring, and dedicated to providing a well-rounded and high-quality education focused on academic growth and achievement, character development and living the Catholic faith. The children are encouraged to live their faith and practice it every day in their actions and words on campus. They are challenged intellectually and are given opportunities for spiritual growth through activities like on-campus retreats, and are taught to look within themselves to see what light they can bring to the world. St. Norbert Catholic School is like a big family! We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful place to send our children to school.

St. Norbert was a gift to our family! All four of our boys attended kindergarten through 8th grade. St. Norbert Catholic School gave our children an opportunity to learn and grow in a community of faith with like minded families. It provided the love, support and discipline needed for a successful learning experience. Because of the quality of education and the supportive, loving staff, our sons were able to transition to Mater Dei seamlessly, where they all thrived and succeeded in both academics and extracurriculars.

Our daughter attended St. Norbert Catholic School from kindergarten to eighth grade. The nine years of top-quality education at St. Norbert laid the foundation for her academic successes in high school and admittance to several universities. The religious teachings at St. Norbert encouraged her church involvement over the years. From altar serving to leadership roles in confirmation classes, her spiritual growth has been immeasurable. We are thankful for the amazing experiences that St Norbert Catholic School provided our daughter.

Wonderful, caring school with a great learning-support program. Parent involvement is very high, which helps keep costs down.

St. Norbert not only has a great academic curriculum, it has a great environment for my kids. Teachers give their all to the students--you see them and know that most of the teachers have the vocation, the love for teaching and helping kids. The staff and parents are great. The spirituality is in the atmosphere. My kids love their school. My husband and I could not be happier. St. Norbert really is a blessing in our lives.

St. Norbert is a close-knit Catholic elementary school with a wonderful academic program. When it came time to choose an elementary school for our children, there was no hesitation.

Any child would be lucky to go here. This school really cares about the children. My child spent his entire elementary and junior high years here and he received a well-rounded education. The teachers, administration and families make it a warm environment to learn and excel in. Their junior high program gets the kids more than ready for high school. Our child is excelling today in college because of the foundation of education he received from this school.

Love SNCS. My kids love SNCS. The families make it a nurturing environment. Everyone always gives 110% for everything, from bake sales to the school auction, decathlon to football games. The teachers take the time to get to know each child and if the kids need extra help, they always offer. I really can't imagine sending my kids to another school.

I am proud to write that I have 4 graduates from St. Norbert Catholic School. All were truly blessed and enriched by the caring staff and faculty. The excellent education they received built the foundation for the future: My daughter is midway through her education at NYU's School of Dentistry, and my son graduated from the USAFA and is a retired Captain. I truly believe in Catholic education and feel blessed to have been part of this amazing community.

My husband and I sent our three children to St. Norbert, from kindergarten through eighth grade. We are grateful that our kids learned their reading, writing and 'rithmatic in this safe and engaging environment. Their learning took place in a Catholic space. Religion is more than a subject taught daily from a textbook. Catholic teachings from qualified educators guide students through every day. From the traditional prayers (Hail Mary, Act of Contrition, Memorare, Angelus, etc.), to recognition of students for treating others as they wish to be treated, to lessons of saints on their feast days, teachings of our Catholic faith are woven through each day. Each of our children were accepted to and attended a college-prep Catholic high school with honors, and enjoyed a smooth transition from junior high, maintaining strong grades into high school. Indeed, each of them was prepared beautifully and have excelled academically.

My husband and I were impressed by the co-teachers in kindergarten and felt that although their teaching styles are different they complement each other well and have great communication. They sent home a weekly newsletter summarizing the concepts covered in each subject, and I was always able to speak with the teachers and/or aide if I had questions or any issues to discuss. We were not surprised by the volunteer commitment or scrip commitment as this was explained by the principal in the information meeting for prospective parents, the printed handbook, and at back to school night. I have felt very comfortable asking questions of the office staff and other parents. We have felt welcome at this school and are confident that our children will receive a strong faith foundation and rigorous education.

We found the co-teachers in kindergarten to be extraordinarily organized and communicative with parents and children. Yes, they have different personalities, but I felt that those differences allowed my son to learn about two different teaching styles in a safe and loving environment. There is generally around 30 in the class, but the co-teachers have a full-time aide who is shares the credit for the beautiful academic, emotional, and spiritual successes of each child.

We have two children at St. Norbert School and plan on sending our other two children when they are older. It is a Catholic school, and that was one of the main reasons for us sending our children there. We have been impressed with the curriculum, religious education and strong sense of community that is present there.
